As a result of the recent spike in COVID-19 cases State-wide and locally, we are announcing the following, effective Wednesday, July 29th:
Lobby Closed 7/29 Until Further Notice: We will be closing our lobby and operating solely out of drive-thru’s at each of our three locations effective tomorrow morning July 29th until further notice.
Drive-Thru Open: We will open additional lanes where possible and provide additional staffing to meet the increased traffic in the drive-thru. We will not make changes to our hours of operation at any of the three locations at this time.
ATM: Each of our three locations has ATM as well as drive-thru access, and customers may utilize any Publix ATM location as an in-network ATM.
Loan Requests & New Accounts: In addition, please contact your loan officer or new accounts representative by phone if you have any related business to conduct as we will continue to be staffed by loan officers as well as new accounts personnel.
Safe Deposit Boxes: If you have a safe deposit box, we are asking that you call ahead to schedule a time to have access to your safe deposit box. This way we can properly clean before and after your visit while also allowing for the recommended social distancing by the CDC.
We recognize that this may cause some inconvenience to our customers and we do not make this decision lightly. However, we feel this is an important step for us to take in order to ensure the health of our customers and employees, as well as our ability to continue to provide banking services in the long term.
